马来酸氢十八酯过饱和溶液的成核研究

摘    要:研究马来酸氢十八酯(OHM)过饱和溶液的成核过程,测量以诱导时间表示的成核速率,讨论温度、过饱和比和溶剂对成核速率的影响,根据经典均匀成核理论计算了晶体的固-液表面张力、成核自由能和临界成核半径.结果表明,OHM晶体过饱和溶液的成核速率随着温度和过饱和度的提高而增大,不同的溶剂有不同的数值.

Abstract:Nucleation in supersaturated solutions of octadecyl hydrogen maleate(OHM) has been investigated. The rates of nucleation as indicated by induction period are measured. The effects of temperature, supersaturation and solvent on the nucleation rate in nonagitated systems are reported. The interfacial tension, energy of formation and critical radius of nuclei of the crystal are calculated based on classical nucleation theory. The nucleation rates of OHM crystals increase with temperature and supersaturation. The values of rate are different for various solvents.
