| 摘 要： | 免疫防治在鱼病防治过程的免疫效果受多因素控制。本从疫苗、免疫途径、鱼体、环境等4个方面介绍了免疫受控的研究进展。疫苗种类、灭活方法、佐剂类型、疫苗剂量、免疫途径、温度、污染、鱼体健康状况等是影响鱼体免疫效果的主要因素。

| Abstract: | During the process of preventing fish from dise ase, effects of imm une protect are controlled by various factors. This article introduces progress of research on controlled immunity from four aspect of vaccine, immune way, fish , and environment. There are some important factors such as sort of vaccine, way of destroy activity, kind of adjuvant, quantities of vaccine, way of immunity, temperature, pollution and healthy of fish, which affect result of fish immunity |
