摘    要:以晋城煤业集团赵庄矿五盘区首采面巷道间的煤柱留设为工程背景,通过理论计算、数值模拟及现场观测方法,分析大采高工作面煤柱尺寸对巷道围岩稳定性的影响.结果表明:赵庄矿五盘区首采面巷道间的煤柱宽度应为40 m.5302工作面采用宽度40 m的煤柱进行巷道锚杆支护,效果良好,围岩完整、稳定.理论计算、数值模拟结果与实际情况相吻合,说明所设计的煤柱尺寸满足安全生产需要.该研究为大采高综采工作面区段煤柱合理选择提供了依据.

Abstract:This paper is a targeted analysis of the effect on the stability of roadway surrounding rock of coal pillar size designed for the working face section of a larger mining height as in the case of the ar- rangement of coal pillars between the initial mining face roadway in five panels of Zhaozhuang mine in Jincheng coal group. This analysis builds on the theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and in-situ observation and other methods. The results show that 40 m should be the adopted width for coal pillars between the initial mining face roadway in five panels of Zhaozhuang mine in Jincheng coal group. The roadway bolt support based on coal pillar with the width of 40 m, a newly initiated practice in 5302 work- ing face gives a better effect and above all a greater surrounding rock integrity and stability. The conform- ity between theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and the actual situation explains that the de- signed coal pillar size is completely adequate for safe production. The study would provide a basis for the reasonable selection of coal pillar tailored for fully mechanized working face section of a larger mining height.
