| 摘 要： | 开发区建设应具备良好的发展条件,其发展受地理区位、自然环境、资源环境、交通运输条件及地方经济的综合影响。随着城市经济的快速发展,开发区规模随之扩大,但其建设规模往往只能根据用地指标进行确定,功能定位也从单一性向多元化发展。今以安徽庐江经济开发区为例,围绕这些问题,分析了安徽庐江经济开发区(城西新区)的区位优势、发展规模、功能定位和建设布局,并提出若干发展策略与保障体制。
