无烟煤飞灰循环流化床燃烧试验研究

摘    要:在底饲回燃飞灰循环流化床燃烧试验台和35 t/h流化床锅炉上进行了焦作无烟煤和北京王平村无烟煤燃烧试验。结果表明,飞灰循环燃烧后,飞灰颗粒粒径有所变小,飞灰含碳量普遍下降,且最大含碳量粒径有所减小,对提高燃烧效率作用显著。对中低质煤应选取较低循环倍率,在保证满意的燃烧效果前提下,尽可能降低动力消耗和减轻受热面磨损。

Abstract:Experiments firing Jiaozuo and Wangpingcun anthracites on a pilot facility and a 35 t/h fluidized bed boiler with underbed feeding and flyash recycle were conducted. Results show that with flyash recirculation burning, flyash diameter becomes smaller, carbon contents in flyash particles drop, the diameter of particles with the greatest carbon content gets smaller and combustion efficiency is improved obviously. For lower and medium grade coals, lower circulating ratio is suitable for both satisfactory burnout rate and reducing power consumption, lessening heat surface erosion.
