灭活酵母细胞原生质体融合技术的研究

摘    要:报道了将单一亲株灭活的原生质体融合方法.融合体细胞形态大小、同化和发酵淀粉的能力均与双亲株不同,多数融合体的DNA含量是二亲株之和,推测为三倍体.融合体的细胞生物量比亲株高,发酵酒精能力增强,具有一定的生产应用价值.

Abstract:Inactived protoplast fusion technique was employed in constructing interspecific hybrid yeast of ethanol production from starch fermenting. The inactived parent was saccharomyces cerevisiae 1575(diploid) and asccharcnyees diastations (argea) was active parent. The results were as follows.(1) The fusants are quite different from the parontal strains by cell size and cell in morphology.(2) DNA contents of fusien products is atout the sum of that of two parents.(3) The fermentability and the rate of ethanol production from starch in fusants are higher than that of the parents strains.(4) The biomass of fusion preducts is higher than that of parents too. The advantages of these hybrids may have some industrial values.
