| 摘 要： | 本文对盐酸环丙沙星(CPF)透皮剂的透皮促进剂的选择、透皮剂的制备和稳定性、以及三种CPF皮透对仔猪黄、白痢的治疗效果进行了试验.结果显示:二甲基亚矾(DMSO)、月桂草氮酮(AZ)、AZ+丙二醇(PG)对CPF经皮渗透均具有不同程度的促进作用,作用强度依次为AZ+PG>AZ>DMSO;CPF透皮剂的稳定性及对仔猪黄、白痢的治疗效果以AZ+PG组最好,治疗有效率达92.65%.

| Abstract: | Selection of dermal penetrating promoter for ciprofloxacinhydrochloride (CPF), preparation of dermal penetrating dosage form, stability test of the dosage form, and the treament against yellow and white diarrhoea in piglets was carried out. The results suggests that dimethylsulphoxide, azone,and azone+propyl glycol(PG) posses the effect for promoting the dermal penetrating of CPF in varying degrees, degree cf effect is AZ + PG >AZ> DMSO. Stability of the dosage form of CPF and the treatment effect against yellow and white diarrhoea show the best in group AZ + PG, and the rate in treatment effect is 92.65% in the group . |
