广播电视的产业特性及其改革与发展

摘    要:广播电视的产业特性在于服务,其主功能是公益性的,其多功能可以经营营利;广播电视的宣传改革在于观念更新,要将市场经济的活性因子作用到宣传工作中,实现社会效益与经济效益双赢;广播电视的事业发展在于经营,通过开发资源,拓展领域,优化机制,改善服务,向管理要效益,在经营中求发展。

Abstract:The industrial characteristics of radio and television rest with the service.Their main functions should belong in the quality of public good,and the management and seeking profits are their multi functions.The propaganda reform of radio and television lies in the renewal of senses,and the activation of market economy should be acted on the propaganda works to realize their social effects and economic benefits.The development of radio and television undertakings depends on the management.By exploiting resources,expanding territory,optimizing mechanism and improving service,the radio and television undertakings acquire effects from administration and develop in management.
