摘    要:采用数值模拟的方法对两种有于柴油机涡轮增压排气系统的三分支模件流场进行了分析和比较,模拟结果表明了两种模件流场场特性上的显著差别,这种差别在一定程度上解释两种模件在实机上具有不同的性能的原因。

Abstract:Based on MPC, a novel modular single exhaust manifold called swirl exhaust pipe system for turbocharging engines is developed. To compare the differences between the flow characteristics of both systems, the flow behavior in swirl turbocharging exhaust system is modeled by numerical approaches and is compared with that of the convenient MPC's. Numerical results show that the flow field characteristics of both manifolds are distinct. In some way the differences can explain why the two types of manifolds have different application effects.
