| 摘 要： | 优质学校建设中我们采用了理论与实践互动的模式,通过大学和中小学形成互动促进学校改进,向优质化方向发展。在研究过程中我们发现合作中出现的冲突和矛盾,具体体现在以下方面:文化背景、时间、信任度以及理论水平,为了解决这些冲突与矛盾我们采用了以下策略:增强学校的信任度、明确研究者的责权、加强研究者之间不断互动。

| Abstract: | "Practice-Theory Model" is used in building quality school,the university and school improve the school hand in hand.However we find conflict appear including cultural context,time,trust and so on.In order to solve the problems we search for these strategies: strengthen the school's trust,define the researcher's duty,advance the contect by all kinds of means,communicate between researchers. |
