| 摘 要： | 英语素质的提高是素质教育的一项重要内容。在中学英语教学中突出素质教育的措施：(一)转变教育观念,变“应试教育”为“素质教育”;(二)发挥教师在素质教育中的主导作用;(三)积极开辟第二课堂。
