摘    要:目的:探讨持续性硬膜外阻滞用于分娩的镇痛效果及对母儿的影响。方法:随机选择要求无痛分娩的产妇,施行持续性硬膜外阻滞,同期同条件的50例产妇作对照。观察镇痛效果、两组产程、分娩方式、产后出血、使用催产素情况及新生儿阿氏评分,并进行统计学处理。结果:镇痛有效率高,宫颈扩张速率镇痛组较对照组快(p<0.01),两组第二产程时间、产后24h出血量、新生儿Apgar评分(1min)、催产素使用率、阴道顺产、助产、剖宫产比较均无显差异。结论:持续性硬膜外镇痛分娩,镇痛效果确切、安全、对母儿无不良影响。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of pidural anesthesia durin g labor.Method: 50 cases of pregnant woman volunteers were randomizedly given epid ural anesthesia during labor,and so cases of pregnant women without any applicat ion of analgesia as the control group.The analgestic effect of epidural anesthes ia,the stages of labor,the outcome of delivery,the postpartum hemorrhage,applica tion of oxytocin and Apgar score of newborns in two groups were observed,the dat e was analysed statistically.Results:The effective analgesic rate of epidural an esthesia during labor was high.Dilatation of the cervix rate was more quick in t he epidural anesthesia group than that in the control group(p<0 01).There was n o significant difference in the second stage of labor,postpartum hemorrhage afte r 24 hours,Apgar score of newborns(1min),the pitocin rate the numbers of spontan eous labor,the cesarean section,transvaginal assisted labor etc.Conclusions:The analgesic effect of epidual anesthes is good and safe during labor,there are no bad influences on pregnancy women and fetus.
