| 摘 要： | 随着我国法律的逐渐完善、计算机信息安全的发展,我国电子商务中的安全问题得到了有效解决,但是随着技术的发展我国电子商务中又产生了一些新的问题,该文对这些新问题进行了深入的研究,并提出了对策。
