西部大开发中如何加强少数民族地区干部培养

西部大开发是中国共产党和中国政府在世纪之交提出的伟大战略任务。是由政府多方面参与的宏大工程。这项工程的预期目标能否实现。在很大程度上取决于少数民族干部的素质，而少数民族干部素质的提高又有赖于加强少数民族地区干部的培养。西部地区要想抓住时机迅速发展，就要把培养少数民族干部、提高少数民族干部素质作为一项中心工作来抓。

Tempering Leaders of Ethnic Groups in the Development of the West of China

Empoldering the West is a great strategic task raised by the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and the Government at the turning point of the centuries. It is also a huge project undertaken by many departments of the government. Whether the goal of it could be realized depends largely on the quality of the leaders in ethnic regions while the promotion of the quality of those leaders will in turn depend on the enhancing of tempering them. The western region could only be developed fast could they take the tempering of leaders and promote their quality as their central work.
