| Abstract: | This paper gives a brief introduction of the significance and function of the document delivery service, emphatically analyzes on the risk of intellectual property right in the course of document delivery, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures, which include following the scope and authority defined by the "rational use", strengthening the cooperation among the libraries, and working out as soon as possible. |
