| Abstract: | The state of art of the parametric design is briefly discussed. The representation of the shape and location information of a mechanical part based on constraint is given. A constraint based CAD data model is developed with the concept of multi view parametric design described. The principle of the algorithm as well as the realization and evaluation of the algorithm are proposed. |
