摘    要:在检测其化学成分的基础上,对碳素材料专用树脂生产废水,采用酚醛缩合化学沉淀法,用盐酸作为催化剂,生成热塑性树脂,经固液分离后,对含酚量、COD值已经降到一定标准的二次废水进行煤渣—吸附性树脂联合吸附处理,可使废水达到国家排放标准。文章简要介绍了根据这一处理方案制定出来的工艺流程,并对各处理方案处理废水的规律进行了总结。

Abstract:A handling technology of waste liquid from the production of carbon resin for special purpose is introduced in the paper. The handling is composed of two steps. First is the synthesis of phenol in the waste liquid, catalyzed by hydrochloric acid. The second is adsorption. The waste water from the first step is adsorbed by coal cinder first and Amberlite XAD4 adsorbent resin second. After the handling, the waste water reaches the let standard of national standard completely, in which COD is only 85 mg/L, dissociate phenol cannot be determined by titration.
