| Abstract: | Auther uses the method of weigtht rank-sun ratio to calculate the numerical value of science and research throw, activity and produce and they are analysed with the method of grey correation so that the main factors effected science and research produce are found. The results are shown that the main factors effected science and research produce successively are science and technology exchange, underaking task, throw into funds and throw into manpower in this paper. |
