氯化十六烷基三甲基季铵盐减阻流体试验

摘    要:通过对不同工况下氯化十六烷基三甲基季铵盐(Cetyltrimethyl Ammonium,Chloride,CTAC)减阻流体在二维流道中减阻性能的测量,分析了温度,浓度,配比变化对流体减阻性能的影响,同时使用相位多普勒测速仪测量了流体的速度场,利用信号处理中的相关方法分析了运动结构,结果表明,减阻流体在主流速度方向上存在较低频率的周期运动,而在垂直方向上的运动则是随机的,减阻流体的各向异性强于非减阻流体。

Abstract:Drag reducing performances of CTAC drag reducing flow in two dimensional channel under different experimental situations were measured. The effects of factors such as temperature, concentration and the ratio between CTAC and NaSal on drag reducing performance of flow were analyzed. Two dimensional velocity of flow was measured by phase Doppler anemometry. After the analysis of velocity field by correlation method in signal processing, it is found that the periodic movement under low frequency exists in the main flow. But the flow is random in the other dimension and anisotropy in drag reducing flow is larger than that in non drag reducing flow.
