| 摘 要： | 利用超氧化物歧化酶(Suparoxidedismutas,e简称SOD)测试盒对市售的几种经济食品中超氧化物歧化酶的活性进行了分析测定,结果表明:玉米、大蒜、绿豆、饭豆、芝麻、黄豆等的提取液中均含有SOD,其活性分别为:216.98,184.34,117.10,171.59,144.63,60.91(U/mgprot),其中的玉米SOD活力比较高.为人们选取富含SOD而利于机体健康的经济食品提供相关线索.

| Abstract: | SOD test box is used to test the SOD activity of several economic foods in market. The result shows that the extracted liquids from the foods like corn, garlic, green been, been, sesame and soybean contain the SOD, their activities are: 216.98, 184.34, 117.10, 179.59, 144.63 and 60.91 (U/mgprot) respectively. Among all these foods, corn contains highest SOD. This gives a hint for people to choose the healthy food with high SOD. |
