| Abstract: | For replacing the contacting automobile ignitor, a noncontacting one equipped with a photo-speedometer is recommended in this paper. The new ign itor has a characteristic switch circuit and coufiguration. The performace analysis shows a satisfactory spark intensity and a higher stability. |
