摘    要:以葡萄糖为原料经过乙酰化、硫氰化二步反应合成2,3,4,6-四-O-乙酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基异硫氰酸酯(GITC).使用重结晶替代柱层析纯化方法,方法操作简便、收率高.并用IR和NMR对其进行了结构确认.

Abstract:2,3,4,6-Tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glycosyl isothiocyanate was synthesized using α-D-glucose as the starting material through two step reactions. The purification method is recrystallization. And the structures of the title compounds were confirmed by IR,and 1H-NMR,13C-NMR spectra. The method compares traditional methods with mild reaction conditions,easy purification and higher yield.
