福州市五城区中老年气排球运动现状调研

气排球运动是一项新的集运动、休闲和娱乐为一体的群众性体育项目，且简单易行，比较适合中老年人群．调研表明，福州市五城区大部分中老年人对气排球运动的健身效果非常认同，其参与气排球运动的主要目的就是强身防病．福州市五城区中老年人气排球运动的频率大部分都在每周3次以上，选择运动的场所也体现出了环境好、相对固定、就近、方便和花钱少的特点．从经济、场地、管理等影响因素对福州市中老年气排球运动作了分析．建议加强对气排球运动的重视程度，建立专门的场馆，普及气排球运动知识，以期促进中老年气排球运动的发展．

A Survey and Research on the Status of Elderly Gas Volleyball in the Five Urban Areas of Fuzhou City

Gas Volleyball as a new set of sports, leisure and entertainment, as one of the mass sports, is sim- ple and easy to operate, suitable for middle aged and elderly population. The research shows that, in the urban are- as of Fuzhou City the fitness effect of most elderly on Gas Volleyball is very identity, more like the other sports, its involvement in the volleyball＇s main purpose is to fortify the body against disease. The frequency of the old - age Gas Volleyball Movement in five urban areas of Fuzhou City mostly is over 3 times every week, with the characteris- tics of choosing sports venues also reflects the environment is good, relatively fixed, the nearest convenient, and cheap. From the economic, venues, management influencing factors on the old - age Gas Volleyball Movement in Fuzhou City is analyzed. Suggestions are given for strengthening of Gas Volleyball sports value degree, the establish- ment of specialized venues, the popularity of Gas Volleyball Sport knowledge, in order to promote the development of the olderly＇ s Gas Volleyball.
