| 摘 要： | 研究认为，目前皖北地区成年男子业余足球联赛状况总体良好，但存在着组织混乱、缺乏管理、社会舆论不好等阻碍发展的因素．提出发展对策如下：1）业余球队组织者要重视球队自身的建设；2）业余足球爱好者要不断提高自身技战术水平和临场指挥、判罚等能力；3）当地政府给予支持和帮助，做好业余足球联赛的宣传和管理；4）集结社会的力量，加快业余足球联赛5人制、7人制、室内足球比赛等赛事的发展．

| Abstract: | The research showes that：at present the whole condition of adult man amateur football league in Northern Anhui is good, but there are some factors that hinder the development of it： organizating confusion, lack of management, bad social public opinion and so on. This paper puts forward some developing countermeasures： （ 1 ） amateur team organizers pay attention to the construction of the team ; （2） amateur football fans improve their ability ; （3） the local governments support and help ; （4） building up social forces, speed up the system of amateur football league. |
