摘    要:采用RAPD的实验方法,研究了肿节少穗竹(Oligostachyumoedogonatum)与4个近缘竹种的关系。通过对RAPD数据的转换统计和数量分类运算,得到了有关的相似系数表,再根据相似系数表用UPGMA聚类法构建了亲缘关系树状图。初步结果显示:肿节少穗竹在DNA水平上,与本研究所用的同属及其邻属——酸竹属(Acidosasa)的其它物种存在明显差异。此外,文中还对肿节少穗竹的分类地位、少穗竹属(Oligostachyum)和酸竹属的关系作一定的讨论

Abstract:Random amplified polymorphic DNA markers (RAPD) of Oligostachyum oedogonatum , compared with four species of Acidosasa and Oligostachyum , was analysed in this paper.Amplification products of 40 resultant primers generated 191 strong polymorphic DNA bands,from which a cluster analysis to assess the genetic relationships and the genetic distances was made.The matrix of similarity coefficient unexpectedly shows that each similarity index value concerned with O.oedogonatum is always the minimum in every comparisions refered to other species,using any tested species in Oligostachyum or in Acidosasa as the reference point for judging.The cluster level on which O.oedogonatum knotting to other species is the lowest on the cluster scale.Andbased on morphological characteristics was clearly showed in the dendrograms constructed for intra and inter genius studies.All species in the two genuses studied expcept O.oedogonatum , are more closely related to each other than to O.oedogonatum .A discussion on the classification position of O.oedogonatum and on the relation between Acidosasa and Oligostachym was given in this paper.
