| 摘 要： | 在ＢＯＰＳ热成型机的设计过程中采用了多项综合技术，每个部分独立设计，符合当今流行的模块化设计要求，对其维护、维修都很方便．对影响设备性能的原因进行了分析，并采取了相应的措施．其中步进驱动部分和温控部分都采用了通用部件，可直接移植性质相近的其它控制系统 |

| Abstract: | With many synthetic techniques, BOPS heat former machine was designed. Each part was designed independently, which made the system easy to be maintained and repaired. Varies factores were studied which may effect its quality and appropriate measures were taken. Usual elements were used in Stepping drive part and temperature control part. These two parts can be used in other similar system. |
