| 摘 要： | 文章针对当前国内多品种中小批量生产环境下库存管理的现状及存在的问题，探讨了物料需求计划（MRP）运用于库存管理在我国现阶段的可行性，在此基础上进一步对物料需求计划法和其它一些先进管理思想相结合等方面作了一些探讨。
