新课标背景下论音乐教师教育观念的更新和重筑

在新课程改革的大背景下,如何成为一名符合现代教育的音乐教师,这是我们每位教师所应思考的问题。教师的教育观念直接影响到其教学行为,所以首当其冲的是我们必须运用新的教学思想和理念来指导教师的教学行为,完善教师的教学素养。音乐教师教育观念的更新和重筑便成为新课程改革中的首要问题。笔者从四个方面结合音乐课程的特点较全面地阐述了音乐教师在新课程理念下教育观念的转变,以使音乐教育在新课程改革的背景下不断地反思和改善旧有的教学观念与教学方法。最终使音乐教师不断地更新教学模式、强化自身修养,以更好地实现音乐课程的改革。
