| 摘 要： | 教师主要应从论选题、研究工作过程、论的撰写等方面给学生以精心指导。把握好论选题的深度与广度，培养学生独立开展工作能力及创新精神，提高学生综合运用所学的知识，分析和解决问题的能力以及培养学生论的撰写是毕业论指导工作的重点。

| Abstract: | Tutor's direction should focus on the task selection, research process and thesis writing in the supervision. The key of the supervision should be the grasp of the depth and the width of the task the nuture of the students' independant working ability and the initiality, the improvement of the students' capacity to apply their comprehensive knowledge and the ability to analyze and solve problems. |
