| 摘 要： | 为观察否认怀孕的急腹症女性患者就诊时一线筛查尿HCG对病情诊治和规避医疗风险的价值,回顾性分析2007年5月~2010年5月期间,对1 278例10~60岁否认怀孕的急腹症女性患者进行检测尿HCG作为一线筛查。结果HCG阳性患者77例,占6.03%。结果在尿HCG检测简单方便,能早期为鉴别诊断和治疗提供参考依据,能有效地规避和减少医疗风险,可以作为急腹症女性患者的一线常规筛查项目。 |

| Abstract: | Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the diagnosis values that the denied-pregnant female patients were screened by urine HCG examination. Methods: The urine HCG examination results of 1278 denied-pregnant female patients (10-60 years) were retrospectively analyzed between May,2007 and May,2010. Results: The positive patients of HCG examination were 77 and accounted for 6.03% of the total number. Conclusion: Urine HCG examination is simple and convenient, and could apply the reference for differential diagnosis and treatment and avoid effectively and reduce medical risk. Therefore, it could be the first-line routine screening item of the acute abdomen female patients. |
