中国民营企业已经走过了20年的发展历程.在这20年中,中国民营经济得到长足发展.但作为一个企业来说,民营企业的规模还没有达到一定程度,企业发展始终处于迅速淘汰过程中,整体发展缺乏结构性;管理上依然是经验的摸索,始终没有上升到制度化阶段,企业的发展始终未能形成一种稳定的可持续性发展的状态.民营企业只有不断发展壮大才能在日趋激烈的国际国内竞争中生存,才能完成新时期在国民经济发展中的重要历史使命.为此,民营企业必须认清自身存在的问题,采取行之有效的对策.

Simple Study on Chinese Private-owned Enterprises' Management Development

Privately-owned enterprises in China have made considerable progress in its development over the past 20 years.However,they,as enterprises,have not reached certain scale,their development as a whole shows a lack of sound structure,and they have always faced with a danger to be eliminated out of the market competition.Privately-owned enterprises are still exploring experience in management,they have never been institutionalized,and have never been on the track of stable and sustainable development either.The following thesis have briefed the current situation of China privately-run enterprises: the problems these enterprises are facing on their way to expand scale and to be institutionalized as well as appropriate counter-measures to deal with those problems;and the prospects of privately-owned enterprises in the new century and under the new situation.
