| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the variation of the current competitive environment of our country's securities firms and its influence,and in the light of the opportunities and challenges faced by our country's securities firms,puts forward some measures for increasing the competitive power of our country's securities firms such as going on the road of scale operation,strengthening the innovative ability,perfecting the internal control structure of the firm,and establishing the rational human resource management system,etc. |
