| 摘 要： | 进行跨文化交际时,文化的差异往往会导致一些问题或误解。民族中心主义、定势、偏见、歧视和种族主义等已成为跨文化交际的主要障碍。若能提高自我意识,在交际时考虑到环境因素,加强移情能力的培养并学会处理冲突,一定能够使我们的跨文化交际更富有成效。

| Abstract: | Problems and misunderstandings often occur when we are interacting with people from other cultures.Ethnocentrism,stereotyping,prejudice,discrimination,and racism have constituted great barriers in intercultural communication.Furthermore,the paper examines the reasons behind all these,and at the same time provides some tentative measures to tackle the barriers so as to help make our intercultural communication effective and fruitful. |
