| 摘 要： | 采用微型实验方法从多叶棘豆中提取总黄酮。用分光光度法测定含量，总黄酮含量为1．912％、回收率为100．1％．通过微型法与常规法比较，微型实验具有试剂用量少，时间短，效率高等优点。是一种值得推广的实验方法．

| Abstract: | Tries to rnicroscale laboratory method extraction of total flavones in Oxytropis myrio- phylla（pcll） DC UV spectrophometry method was developed to determine the content of total flavones. The average content of total flavones was 1.91%. The average recovery of total flavones was 100.1%. Experiment of mieroscale have the characters of shorter time and higher effiency and so on. |
