多叶棘豆提取总黄酮的微型实验

摘    要:采用微型实验方法从多叶棘豆中提取总黄酮。用分光光度法测定含量,总黄酮含量为1.912%、回收率为100.1%.通过微型法与常规法比较,微型实验具有试剂用量少,时间短,效率高等优点。是一种值得推广的实验方法.

Abstract:Tries to rnicroscale laboratory method extraction of total flavones in Oxytropis myrio- phylla(pcll) DC UV spectrophometry method was developed to determine the content of total flavones. The average content of total flavones was 1.91%. The average recovery of total flavones was 100.1%. Experiment of mieroscale have the characters of shorter time and higher effiency and so on.
