| 摘 要： | 目的观察沙利度胺联合化疗在实体肿瘤中的应用并进行评估。方法将73例恶性肿瘤患者随机分成两组。治疗组37例，化疗加沙利度胺100mg／次，晚上逐步加量（每周增加1次，每次增加50mg），最大剂量用至300mg；对照组36例，单用化疗。3个周期后进行评价。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组并有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。治疗组与对照组不良反应相比，骨髓抑制及消化道反应没有显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论沙利度胺可以提高恶性肿瘤患者化疗的疗效，对减轻化疗相关副反应无统计学意义。
