| Abstract: | Implementation of ＂Administrative License Law＂ promotes administrating according to law and running state affairs according to law. At the same time, it affects the exertion of its positive effect due to some imperfectness in its lawmaking and some problems existing during executing the law. It is very necessary for sufficient realization of its lawmaking tenet to analyze and solve these problems, and make ＂Administrative License Law＂ to cast off the puzzledom. |
