不同豆类氮源对北冬虫夏草生长影响的研究

摘    要:以黄豆粉、豆粕、扁豆粉、蚕豆粉、蛋白胨5种不同有机氮源对北冬虫夏草的菌球数量、干重,菌落生长及子实体的生长高度、鲜重和干重等进行研究,结果表明:液体培养的菌球最多的是蛋白胨,其次是黄豆粉,较差是扁豆粉;固体斜面培养基从菌落长势来看三种豆类蛋白与蛋白胨无明显区别;从子实体生长高度、转化率和干重综合考虑,其优劣次序为黄豆粉>蚕豆粉>豆粕>扁豆粉.北冬虫夏草最佳的氮源是黄豆粉.

Abstract:Effect s of soybean powdere,soybean meal,haricot bean powder,fava bean powder and peptone on the growth of Cordyceps militaris were studied.Results showed that: peptone source culture was the most mycelial pellet,followed by soybean powder source,soybean meal sou rce was the worster;There is no distinct difference between bean protein and peptone.Synthetically,taking these factors into account,such as the height,conversion and dry weight of fruiting body,we can draw a conclusion that the sequence of merits ...
