摘    要:针对在单泵多执行器负载敏感液压系统中,由于各个负载间存在差异而导致的执行器之间互扰、流量的利用率较低和控制协调性差的问题,基于AMESim仿真平台,建立了两执行器负载敏感液压系统模型,对负载差异与系统流量利用率之间的量化关系进行仿真分析,结果表明:两个执行器所驱动负载差异越大,系统流量利用率越小;压力补偿阀的设置,有效解决了负载变化对各执行器的干扰及执行器之间的互扰。

Abstract:For in single pump & multi actuator load sensing hydraulic system,there is difference among loads which causes problems that actuator interferes with each other,utilization of flow is low and coordi-nation of control is poor,based on AMESim simulation platform,two actuators load sensing hydraulic sys-tem model is built to simulate quantitative relation between load difference and system flow utilization.The result shows that the bigger load difference drived by two actuators,the less utilization of system flow;set of pressure-compensated solves effectively the interference of load change on each actuator and among actu-ators.
