| 摘 要： | 建立由社会发展、经济发展等子系统组成的城市生态环境综合评价指标体系,借助三角模糊层次分析(TFAHP)、和谐度方程(HDE)以及区间数学理论构建城市生态环境和谐度综评价模型,并对环渤化工圈4个城市的生态环境和谐度进行综合评价,以验证该评价模型的有效性。评价结果表明,该方法能有效评价城市生态环境状况,对追求城市发展和环境保护的双重目标具有重要指导意义。

| Abstract: | The establishment of city ecological environment comprehensive evaluation index system com-posed of subsystems of social and economic development,using triangle fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (TFAHP),harmony degree equation(HDE)and interval mathematical theory to build city ecological envi-ronment harmonious degree comprehensive evaluation model,and comprehensive evaluation was carried out about harmonious ecological environment harmonious degree by using the data of four Cities in Bohai Chemical circle in 2014 in order to verify the validity of the evaluation model.The evaluation results show that the method can effectively evaluate the urban ecological environment,and it has important guiding sig-nificance for the double goals of urban development and environmental protection. |
