基于AMESim的插装式平衡阀节流槽结构影响仿真

摘    要:介绍了CLC形螺纹式插装平衡阀的组成及节流槽结构,利用仿真软件AMESim建立了液压平衡回路的模型,对回路模型进行仿真并得出动态响应曲线,对两种节流槽的平衡阀对系统的动态特性影响进行了分析。研究结果为工程设计人员优化螺纹式插装平衡阀性能提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract:Introduce the configuration and throttling groove structure of CLC type thread-forming car-tridge-type balance valve,utilize the AMESim simulation software to establish the hydraulic balance circuit model,conduct the simulation on circuit model to obtain the dynamic response curve,analyze the influences of two kinds of balance valves of throttling groove on the dynamic characteristics of system,research re-sults provide a certain theoretical basis for the engineer designer to optimize the performances of thread-forming cartridge-type balance valve.
