摘    要:针对目前交通事故对道路通行影响较大的情况,假设在3车道通行道路上,在因交通事故发生而占据了不同的2条车道的情况下,基于交通流数学模型针对道路通行能力影响进行定量分析。引入交通流模型,结合事故合理假设,分析事故横断面实际通行能力,借助交通事故影响下的车流波模型,最终建立起车辆排队长度与车辆密度、车辆通行能力和速度三个因素的关系模型,通过分析相应数据,对所建模型的正确性进行验证,为开发城市紧急救援系统提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In view of that traffic accidents have great influence on road capacity at present,assuming that the traffic accident occurred on the 3 lane road and 2 different lanes were occupied,based on the mathemati-cal model of traffic flow,the quantitative analysis was made on the influence of road capacity.The traffic flow model was introduced,combined with the accident and reasonable assumption,the actual capacity of accident cross section was analyzed.With the help of traffic flow wave model under the influence of the traf-fic accident,and eventually the relationship between vehicle queue length and the three factors of the vehi-cle density,vehicle capacity and speed were established.Correctness of the model was verified by analyzing the corresponding data.This would provide a theoretical basis for the development of urban emergency res-cue system.
