摘    要:针对考虑多平台模块配置的多产品线设计问题,根据对产品线设计与产品平台优化之间主从关联关系的分析,提出一种基于Stackelberg对策理论框架的优化方法,建立一个混合0-1变量的非线性双层规划模型。模型上层是多产品线设计问题,以极大化单位成本效用为目标,决策产品线结构。模型下层是以极小化成本为目标,求解产品平台的配置问题。为求解0-1混合双层规划,设计一个双层遗传算法,并将模型和算法应用到汽车产品案例中,得到较优的产品线结构与产品平台配置,并且与两阶段法与集成优化方法进行比较,证明模型与算法的可行性与有效性。

Abstract:Target at multi product line design based on multi platform module configuration and based on the analysis of master-slave associated relationship between product line design and product platform optimization,propose one optimization method based on Stackelberg countermeasure theoretical framework and establish one non-linear bi-level programming model with mixed 0-1 variables.The upper level of model is the multi product line design problem which take the maximization of unit cost effectiveness as the purpose to determine the product line structure.The lower level of model takes the minimization of cost as the purpose to solve the configuration problem of product platform.In order to solve the 0-1 mixed bi-level programming,design a bi-level genetic algorithm and apply the model and the algorithm in the automotive product case and obtain the better product line structure and product platform configuration,the feasibility and validity of model and algorithm have been verified by comparing them with two-phase method and integrated optimization method.
