复杂结构上的磁悬浮轴承混合控制关键技术

摘    要:通常磁悬浮主轴单元采用相对位移运动控制,安装到复杂机床结构上后,由于受到切削力、不平衡力、AMB及主轴电机电磁力和机床其他激励作用的影响,难以获得更高的加工精度。为了提高安装于复杂结构磁悬浮主轴单元的精度和动刚度,提出相对和绝对运动混合控制策略。分析了实现混合控制需要解决的关键技术问题以及混合控制方法的应用展望。

Abstract:Usually,the relative motion control strategy is applied to AMB spindle units.When AMB spindle units based on relative motion control are mounted on machine tools with complex structures,it is very difficult to gain higher machining precision because of some influencing factors including cutting force,unbalance force,AMB and spindle driving motor electromagnetic forces as well as other actuators of machine tools.In order to raise or guarantee the precision and dynamic stiffness of AMB spindle units mounted on machine tools with complex structures,a relative and absolute motion hybrid control is put forward.To realize the relative and absolute control,some key technical problems must be resolved.The application prospect of the relative and absolute motion hybrid control is analyzed.
