| 摘 要： | １９９２～１９９４年１１２例良性前列腺增生症（ＢＰＨ）手术标本中，病理检出偶发癌４例，检出率３．５％，均为高分化腺癌．认为偶发性前列腺癌与临床所见的前列腺癌分属不同，可能与ＢＰＨ恶变有关．并讨论了治疗方法．

| Abstract: | From 1992 to 1994, 4 cases of carcinoma were detected from 112 patients undergoing either suprapubic prostatectomy (49) or TURP (63) for BPH. The incidence rate of incidentally discovered prostate cancer (IDPC) was 3. 5 % in the group, and the diagnosis of all these 4 cases was ascertained as highly differentiated adenocarcinoma by qualified pathologists. We think that IDPC is different from the common carcinoma of prostate, and it is related to the malignancy of BPH. The management of IDPC is also discussed. |
