摘    要:以从长输油管道管上切割下来钢板作为研究对象,在其上面人工用电钻打的孔作为缺陷,研究了有孔洞缺陷时的涡流检测信号.在此过程中应用和制作了差动式涡流传感器,通过实验分析有孔洞缺陷时的涡流检测信号特征,总结建立了涡流法检测孔洞缺陷的方法.

Abstract:A method of eddy current inspection of hole defect has been presented in this paper. The defect is on iron steel, which is cut off from long pipeline carrying oil. A kind of double-coiled eddy current sensor has been designed. Through experiments, the feature of defect has been obtained, and a method of inspecting defect is set up.
