摘    要:为了研究贼小豆中铝含量,用微波压力快速消解样品,用氟离子选择性电极浓度直读法测定样品液中的剩余氟离子,间接确定铝离子含量.结果测得样品中铝含量为5.394 4μg/g,加标回收率为101.81%,RSD为2.8%(n=5),线性范围为3.75~62.5μg/g,相关系数为0.997 3.

Abstract:In order to study the content of micro-aluminum in grain,vigna minima was selected as the experimental material and fluorine selective electrode-direct reading method was adopted.The results indicated that the content of aluminum in vigna minima was 5.394 4 μg /g,the recovery was 101.81 %,the relative standard deviations(RSD) was 2.8 %(n=5),the linear range was 3.75~62.5 μg /g with the correlation coefficient 0.997 3 with satisfactory analytical results.
