古代教师的教学特点及其对现代教育的启示

古之教者在极其简陋的条件下进行着极不简单的教学,完成了教育下一代的任务,提出了甚至令现代教育家们都觉得汗颜的经典教育原则,总结出的教育规律至今还被教师广为传用。相对于那个教师衣食无着的年代,他们对于教学工作、对于学生、以及对于自我的完善却又都达到了今人所无法超越的境界。其值得我们学习的特点总结起来有如下三点:一是教研合一,二是德育智育合一,三是育人与修身相结合。

What the ancient educators have put forward is so significant for us that we are also following their education principles even in modern society. It was instructive for us that they can present such good principles in ancient times. The paper is mainly about their teaching characteristics which are joining teaching to researching, moral education with intellectual education and education with cultivation. Now these characteristics are still of great practical significance and worth paying attention to.
