| 摘 要： | 利用新疆生产建设兵团农五师2002～2009年土地利用现状变更调查数据,通过采用土地利用变化速率,对该地区土地利用变化进行分析,并探讨了土地利用变化的驱动因素。结果表明:人口的增长、经济的快速发展、土地利用效益的差异与政策是促进其土地利用变化的主要驱动因素。

| Abstract: | According to the survey data on land-use from 2002 to 2009,we analyzed the change of land usage and its driving factors.The results showed that the increasing population,rapid economic development,differences between land use production,and policy factors are main driving factors. |
