摘    要:客户的个性化需求使产品设计知识越来越丰富,为管理虚拟产品装配设计知识,以知识融合为理论基础,提出了知识管理系统总体结构.采用面向对象的XML知识表示方法,通过获得用户需求和工程规则,建立知识库.对知识进行规范化处理,通过设计任务分解,进行知识推理,建立虚拟装配知识模型.最终以垃圾车装填装置为例,运用NX软件的知识融合和二次开发技术,建立产品装配知识管理系统,实现设计自动化,有利于设计知识的共享和重用,缩短产品开发周期.

Abstract:The personalized needs of customers make product design knowledge become increasingly diverse. It puts forward the general structure of knowledge management system to manage assembly design knowledge of virtual product based on the theory of knowledge fusion. It adopts the object - oriented knowledge XML representation method and acquires the user requirements and engineering rules to establish the knowledge base. It deals with the knowledge to be standardized. The knowledge model of virtual assembly is set up through the design task decomposition and knowledge reasoning. Eventually taking the loading device of garbage truck for example, using knowledge fusion and secondary development technology of NX, it builds the product assembly knowledge management system to realize design automation and promote the sharing and reuse of design knowledge, shorten product development cycle.
