| Abstract: | In order to strengthen cost control in public bidding of highway construction, the project cost management mechanism must be perfected, the budget and estimate making of the project must be done well, the professional qualities of project costing personnel must be increased, and the phenomenon of exceeding the budget must be avoided. At the same time, the mechanism of bidding and tendering must be perfected, the work of making and approving the base number of a tender must be fulfilled carefully, and construction-bidding patterns must be determined scientifically. |
